TERMS AND
CONDITIONS FOR OVERSEAS PLACEMENT |
ELIGIBILITY
-
Candidates who
possess valid passports and are eligible and possess the
qualification, experience and skills for available overseas
positions.

Candidates who
are willing to make themselves available for interviews and
assessement
-
Candidates who
are willing to submit their passports and qualification
certifications for verification and genuiness along with
details of previous appointments and salary drawn .
-
Candidates who
are willing to subject themselves to a reference check with
regards to claims made in their CV’s.
-
Candidates are
willing to pay the registration fee as prescribed by the
Ministry of Overseas Affairs in case they have been selected
for the position. (Currently RA can charge upto 1.5 times the
salary of the candidates subject to a max of Rs 20000.
PROCEDURE:
-
1.Such
candidates will submit their CV’s along with copies of their
passport, qualification certificates, salary slips of last
three months along with 14 nos passport size photographs (with
white background).
-
Initially there
shall be a telephonic round followed by a personal interview.
Finally there shall be a interview by the client. Candidate
will attend the interviews at his cost.
-
On selection
candidate will submit his documents (listed above) for
scrutiny and verification.
-
On selection
candidate will pay the RA a non refundable registration fee
for services rendered for which a receipt shall be issued to
him.
-
The candidate
will receive an appointment letter in due course which has to
be signed by him before the visa is applied.
-
Visa will take
between 8 weeks to 12 weeks to be issued.
-
Candidate must
depart within 7 days of receipt of visa.
CONTRACT
CONDITION
-
All appointments
shall be as per appointment letter issued before the candidate
leaves his country
-
The contract
conditions shall be written in the appointment letter and
candidates will be deemed to have accepted the same when they
sign the acceptance.
-
RA is not
responsible for violation of the contract conditions or
disciplinary action taken as a result of indiscipline,
procrastination, participation in activities of physical or
civil or moral turpitude or promoting dissension in the work
or living place.
GRIEVIENCE
REDRESSAL
-
In case a
candidate is facing any problem in his overseas appointment
which is in violation of the local law he will be required to
submit his grievience in writing to his employer with a copy
to the RA.
-
On his return he
should meet the RA and deposit the above papers along with his
written statement of the mitigating circumstances
-
In case the same
has not been mutually resolved he shall inform the RA with the
facts of the matter and allow a period of two weeks to
ascertain the matter.
-
If he has been
repatriated then he should carry with him a letter from his
employer giving grounds of repatriation incl whether he has
returned on his own accord or as a result of coercion.He must
carry with him documentary details of termination payments
recd and claim the same prior to being relieved.
