Headline :- TDR Launched in HNG Float: May 28, 2010 |
The Alchemist HR Solutions and HNG Float Glass Ltd launched a new initiative which involved cross functional team building across the plant to enable it reach a common goal. 30 managers were involved in a two day exercise. The programme included goal setting, team building, identification of obstacles and finalisation of time bound strategy.The goal is to be achieved by 30th August 2010.
