75 HR Managers from Aviva Life Insurance went through an experential workshop on team building. The focus was on intgrating teams and taking responsibilty for fresh hires till they have achieved benchmarked targets.Teams led by Paul,Manish,Mazhar and Tanmoy went through collaborative and competitive activities leading to a better understanding of corporate responsinilities.

45 Sales personnel from Virgin Mobiles participated at a workshop at Timber Trail Parwanoo for two days in September. Stress was on Team building, working under competitive conditions and creating a niche in a near saturated market

29 participants from Wolters Kluwer ran wild through the Simla jungles rediscovering their inner strengths.The MD Mr MS Mani,The National Sales Director Mr Narendra Shekhawat and Manager HR were pleasantly surprised to see that their team had possessed potential far beyond their own expectations.As new potential leaders emerged the participants showed individuals traints which surprised them. Physically and intellectually exhausting the team returned invigorated and committed to each other.

A two day workshop at Ranikhet led the entire organisation including the CEO to suddenly realise how less they they of each other.Departmental boundries vanished as each participant learnt to compete and collaborate at the same time.New leaders emerged as well as deadwood stood exposed. A vibrant new team returned back to Delhi with renewed energy and attitude.
